At Umapathi Bull Driven Ganuga Oils, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, leaking, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
Returns are accepted only for damaged or wrong items delivered by us. Products must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a replacement or refund.
Due to the natural and food-grade nature of our products, we do not accept returns for opened or used items.
Once your request is verified, we will process a replacement or refund within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be credited through the original payment method used during purchase.
